Do’s and Don’ts of

Slow Glow

🌙 What’s the best glitter to use with Slow Glow?

The chunkier the better! Chunky mixes or glitters with larger pieces allow for the best flow and glow effect. Fine glitter may clump or slow the movement too much.

🌙 Do I add glitter or solution first?

We recommend adding a little Slow Glow first, then your glitter or glow pigment. This helps prevent materials from getting trapped at the top.

🌙 I have a bubble left in my snowglobe — is that bad?

Not at all! A small air bubble is actually important. It helps prevent pressure build-up (especially in glass) and promotes a better flow of glow and glitter.

🌙 I see tiny bubbles — how do I fix it?

Spray the fill hole with rubbing alcohol to help pop those bubbles. If any remain, let the cup sit for 24 hours to gas off naturally — they should disappear on their own.
