Adhesive Apothecary disclaims any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, ingestion, or any unforeseen consequences.

General Terms and Conditions

Turnaround Time (TAT)

All orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy times, this may be extended 5-7 business days. Shipments are processed in the order that they are received.

Wholesale Inquiries

For wholesale inquiries, please contact us via email. Please note: We will not sell our products without the label for resale.

Compatibility with Epoxy Alternatives

Our products are water-based and can be seamlessly used with epoxy alternatives.

Package Insurance and Liability

While all packages include insurance for your items, we are not responsible for events occurring during transit with USPS/UPS. In cases of loss or damage, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. We will only process refunds or send replacement products after the case is closed and the package is officially deemed lost or damaged. Please keep us informed via email once a claim is filed.

Order Modifications and Shipping Inquiries

Orders cannot be modified once placed, and shipping cannot be combined.

Reporting Issues with Received Packages

You have a 5-day window from receiving your package to report any missing, damaged, or defective items. If a return is approved, a return shipping label will be provided, and the item must be shipped back within 5 days to be accepted.

Product Availability and Discontinuation

Product availability is subject to change and that we reserve the right to discontinue or modify our product lineup at any time. Should a product be discontinued, it will not occur while there are orders pending for them.

  • Spouts/Lid styles are subject to change due to supplier shortages and shipping accommodations.

Reselling and Usage Restrictions

Reselling our products on your website is prohibited unless a prior agreement has been reached with us. You may destash in a destash group, but pricing must not exceed our listed prices.

Wholesale Product Return or Adjustment

For wholesale purchases, if products are no longer needed for the intended purpose, please email us to discuss repurchase or explore new contractual terms for product usage.

Refusal of Delivery and Associated Fees

In the event that a customer refuses delivery of a package they purchased from Adhesive Apothecary, the customer will be responsible for any associated fees. This includes, but is not limited to, additional taxes, return shipping costs, and any damages to the products that may occur during the shipment refusal process.

Chargeback Policy:

In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback with their financial institution for a valid or invalid reason, we reserves the right to take the following actions:

  1. Order Cancellation:
    If a chargeback is initiated by a customer, we reserve the right to cancel any existing or future orders placed by that customer without prior notice. This includes orders that have been paid for and not yet fulfilled.
  2. Refusal of Service:
    We reserves the right to refuse service to customers who have a history of initiating chargebacks. This includes but is not limited to, declining future orders and prohibiting access to certain features of our website and social media platforms.
